That was a really tough movie to see. There窶冱 no doubt that this movie got the Academy Award.

Focusing on the technical aspect, director did a really good job on the use of lighting. In this movie, light and its shade talk a lot. It tells us hidden emotion and actor窶冱 expression.

I don窶冲 know if I could talk about this movie. This movie left me something uneasy.

It窶冱 not just a story of a woman boxing fighter. There窶冱 a love, there窶冱 a life and death, there窶冱 nothing for her but work as a waitress at the restaurant. Time is passing just to serve meals and wash dishes. Her family was also unfortunate. There seems to be no hope for her but winning the fight.

These ideas are depicted well through the lives of two protagonists.

I cannot judge if it was a right choice for her to get realized her will. Maybe it窶冱 not a kind of thing that should be judged.

I窶冦 sure it is a great movie and worth to see it. But it is also highly controversial, tough and hard; I call it Academy quality.
